From 1997 Thema System operates with a certified quality system ISO9001; from 2001 it is the system fitting to the 2000 edition of the rule: the so-called "Vision 2000".
The continuous improvement of the services of each process, and of the qualitative characteristics of the products, is the main objective of the Company.
The Company Management has thought and organized all the processes following the philosophy of "Plan, Do, Check, Act" that is to say:

Planning, through the definition of objectives and the careful evaluation of the available resources to guarantee the respect of the contractual requirements asked by the Client and required by the laws in force.
Check, done on each process, both in intermediate phases and in the final ones.It is aimed to check the improvement of the set objectives, both the functional and qualitative on the product and the improvements ones on the same process.
Do, following a specific standard decided by the written procedures for the personnel of each level.
Action, or the definition of strategies of improvement on the basis of the results find during the check phase and analized in periodical particular strategy meetings with the superintendents of function and process.
The Client, primary good of the Company, must count on the quality of the projecting processes, of production and of testing, and also on the efficiency of the supplying processes, of the commercial ones and of the management of the human resources in terms of training, involvement and sensitization so that objectives of the Management are shared at each level.
