A staff of technicians specialized in the projecting of software and hardware, co-ordinated by a Technical Mangager, carries out each phase of the projecting process following a working methodology whose reliability and efficiency has been tested during the years.

Each project has as an input the technical specifications agreed during the contractual phase with the Client and integrated by the Know-How of knowledges both in terms of quality and in terms of product security in our technical division.

From them, comes out an analysis of practicability which becomes a series of rough copies and preliminaries of project, controlled and checked by the Responsible in charge.

If it is necessary, we realize specific tests on prototypes and pre-series, and these results are recorded and analized till reaching the final drafting of the documents of output of the projecting process: electrical schemes, firmware listed, distinct basis.

The production of the first lot of products is done in the Thema System production laboratories with the supervision and the control of the project Superintendent. In this phase are set the specific instructions for the assembling phases and the testing to use for the production of the following lots.

Each project is checked and ratified through fitting functioning tests done on the first lot produced with instruments adequately calibrated in reliable centres.

If agreed on with the Client, the project can be passed over in real condition of functioning, by the Client’s office, always with the supervision of the project Superintendent.

A post-sale assistance division, formed by skilled personnel, is organized in order to answer the questions with punctuality and efficiency to the Client requests, both by telephone and through interventions by the offices of the Clients.
